Indulging at the Ritz Carlton Millenia | Singapore

Ah, Singapore! I had been wanting to go to Singapore for SO long. As soon as hubby agreed to Thailand for our Animoon I insisted we hop over to Singapore as well. Full travel guide coming soon but sharing with you where we stayed!

Hubs and I stayed in the Marina Bay, basically the main business area of Singapore at Ritz Carlton Millenia. They were extremely accommodating and took great care of us even sending us a cake for our anniversary.

Whether it was the bathroom or living room, the views from every window in our room were just spectacular.

I cannot tell you how comfy this bed and its sheets, comforters, and pillows were. Literally melted them in every night and struggled to get up every morning. They literally made me one of their own. One cool thing about this room is the design and layout. Everything is so compact yet smartly placed. Your bedside drawers are not just drawers. Pull them out and you have buttons to control the lights, drapes, AND chargers to charge your electronics. Genius!

Being our last stop on our animoon, we wanted to slow down and savor the last few days of vacation and time together. For this reason, we stayed in for breakfast and enjoyed breakfast at the Ritz each day. We were beyond wowed and amazed each day. Not only was the dining room gorgeous and another genius floor plan but the food selection was unbelievable.

They had stalls from every cuisine and region imaginable so one can have a taste of literally everything in the morning. Not a cereal, waffle, or toast kind of person? No worries! Grab some spicy Indian food or noodle soup.

One thing I found really cute and special were these candy jars they had on the sides.

One afternoon we took a break from sightseeing and indulged in high tea in the Chihuly Lounge. I had heard many great things about high tea in Singapore, specifically in the Chihuly Lounge so I had to try it. You know how much I love my tea!

With us being vegetarians, they were very accommodating and made extra care to cater the menu per our dietary needs. One big reason I recommend this hotel and the high tea.

My favorite part of high tea is definitely the trolley that comes around. I get happy like a kid gets happy on Christmas opening their gifts from Santa.

Ritz Carlton Millenia recently opened their spa last year and is the first La Mer hotel partner spa in Asia Pacific. After a busy two weeks traveling and having recently celebrated our first anniversary, I decided to indulge in a LeMer Purifying Facial.

You immediately step in the spa and start to relax not only because of the music but the awesome lighting and design of the reception area puts you at ease.

A very relaxing 90 minute facial by an experienced therapist. My skin is more radiant, rejuventated, and extra hydrated.

Highly recommended for those who want a little luxury in life, perhaps on a special occasion or for a bride-to-be. There are also body massages as well.

I recommend booking the Ritz Singapore Millenia. You are in the heart of the Marina Business District…steps away from the Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands (Which has a casino, museum, shopping mall, and lounge on the 57th floor), Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, and the Supergrove (where they have the nightly light show and music). Everything else is a nice walk (nothing too crazy). The only thing that is far is the Botanical Gardens which I recommend you take a taxi or uber to so you can save your energy to walk around the lush gardens without getting tired.
